If you are a beginning exerciser, a novice at fitness, or a greenhorn in the area of health, then it’s especially important that you warm up properly in order to protect your muscles, joints, and ligaments.

Many people are not working out with proper form and technique and it can lead to serious problems, injuries… AND EVEN INSTANT DEATH!

That’s why I am making it my personal mission to instill the knowledge and wisdom I have attained over 17 years of training the novice beginner exerciser with no experience who needs to ease in very carefully and methodically and slowly into a fitness regimen and healthy lifestyle.
