Many people are not working out with proper form and technique and it can lead to serious problems, injuries… AND EVEN INSTANT DEATH!
That’s why I am making it my personal mission to instill the knowledge and wisdom I have attained over 17 years of training the novice beginner exerciser with no experience who needs to ease in very carefully and methodically and slowly into a fitness regimen and healthy lifestyle.
